Affiliate Marketing Manager

Salary: R 65 000.00 to R 75 000.00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: Cape Town (Hybrid)

Non-negotiable: Technical Marketing Stack Proficiency (MarTech tools)

Overview:

A leading fintech company based in Cape Town is seeking a dynamic Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team. This role focuses on developing outbound affiliate programs, lead generation, marketing technology, and relationship management, while supporting core business marketing activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage comprehensive outbound affiliate marketing programs for 3rd party partners
• Design and execute lead generation campaigns
• Optimize lead funnels and user journeys
• Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns
• Manage relationships with key affiliates
• Utilize and manage MarTech/AdTech tools and tracking systems
• Support core product marketing initiatives across digital channels
• Assist in developing customer rewards programmes

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 5 years experience in affiliate marketing and lead generation
• Strong proficiency in outbound affiliate marketing programs and MarTech tools
• Experience with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing
• Demonstrated ability to work with HTML and tracking implementations
