Overview:
Join a respected, future-focused and well-loved agency with a strong international footprint. As part of their high-performing digital team, they’re looking for a Digital Account Director to lead digital strategy, execution, and client relationships across several well-known FMCG brands.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who excels at translating digital goals into smart, effective campaigns. You’ll partner with internal teams across creative, media, content, and data to drive innovation, engagement, and results across digital ecosystems, including social, web, e-commerce, CRM, and paid media.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Act as the digital lead across key FMCG accounts, building strong, consultative relationships with senior clients
· Drive digital strategy across platforms, aligned to business and marketing objectives
· Manage the development and execution of full-funnel campaigns across owned, earned, and paid digital channels
· Collaborate with internal specialists (social, creative, media, data, tech) to ensure seamless campaign delivery
· Guide and review content strategies, media plans, and performance optimisations
· Oversee budgets, timelines, and reporting, ensuring campaigns are on time and delivering measurable results
· Present campaign strategies, creative concepts, and data insights clearly and persuasively
· Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and consumer behaviour shifts, applying these insights to enhance work
· Mentor and lead junior team members, fostering digital excellence within the broader account team
Requirements:
· Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital, Communications, or related field
· 4+ years’ experience in a digital agency environment, with at least 2 years in a senior client leadership role
· Strong understanding of social platforms, programmatic, performance media, content marketing, and CRM
· Ability to distil complex digital concepts into actionable strategies
