Digital Account Executive

Salary: R 15 000.00 to R 18 000.00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: Johannesburg North, (Onsite)

Nice to have: Experience in account management, with digital marketing agency experience a bonus

A trendy digital marketing agency is in search of a Digital Account Executive to join their growing ranks. You will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and executing digital marketing campaigns. This position involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored digital solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to develop and manage effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Assist with website updates (Training to be provided)
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and be ready to implement new strategies as needed.
• Manage budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for potential and existing clients.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 1 – 2 Years’ experience in digital marketing, account management, or a related area
