Digital Marketing Developer

Salary: R 40 000.00 to R 45 000.00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: Johannesburg (Hybrid)

A leading creative agency is seeking a skilled Digital Developer to join their dynamic team. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy responsive email marketing campaigns, including coding HTML/CSS templates, implementing tracking, and ensuring optimal performance across all devices
• Create and optimize lead-generation landing pages using CSS and Java, incorporating advanced features and ensuring seamless integration with analytics tools
• Execute technical SEO optimization for landing pages and implement comprehensive tracking systems for campaign performance
• Conduct thorough testing of all digital assets across multiple platforms and devices to ensure consistent functionality
• Collaborate with creative teams to translate designs into functional digital campaigns
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign metrics to optimize lead generation and conversion rates
• Implement and manage tracking systems for lead funneling and campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor)
• Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO implementation and optimization
• Practical knowledge of analytics tools and tracking systems
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and A/B testing methodologies
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital development, particularly in an agency environment
