Digital Strategy Manager

Salary: R 35 000.00 to R 40 000.00 CTC per month (Excluding revenue-sharing structure)

Location: Johannesburg, North (Hybrid)

Non-negotiable: Digital agency experience

You will play a pivotal part in shaping growth and driving impactful digital strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and Engaging Prospective Clients: You’ll proactively seek out new business opportunities, forging strong connections with potential clients.
• Crafting Compelling Pitches: You’ll create and present tailored pitches that resonate with prospects, showcasing the value the agency brings.
• Developing Digital Strategies: You’ll translate client briefs into innovative digital strategies, ensuring they align seamlessly with overall marketing and sales objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact prospective clients and opportunities.
• Develop digital strategies based on client briefs ensuring these are aligned with marketing/sales strategies.
• Develop omni-channel campaigns based on client briefs. Choosing relevant channels for execution.
• Participate and run all client and internal strategy sessions – preparing presentations, compiling all documentation, attending meetings and taking comprehensive notes.
• Presenting strategies to clients.
• Collaborate closely with the design, content, social media, dev, account management and project management teams.
• Creating action plans as needed to achieve targets.
• R&D of the latest trends, benchmarks and best practices.
• Compile comprehensive monthly reporting for active channels and campaigns for each client.

Please note: You will NOT have to close the deals. Your job is to provide strategy insights and develop exceptional client pitches.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification
• 3+ years digital agency experience
• Proficient in advanced reporting (including tools) and insights
