Marketing Specialist

Salary: R 25 000.00 to R 30 000.00 CTC per month (depending on experience)

Location: George, Western Cape (Onsite)

Overview:

A leading and “disruptive” insurance company is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team in George, Western Cape. This role presents an excellent chance to work in the beautiful Garden Route while developing your career in a rapidly expanding sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in channel marketing, partnership development, and strategic campaign execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a marketing consultant to multiple niche insurance channels, including direct, partner, and client networks
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with channel objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Create and present compelling marketing proposals
• Develop and manage account-specific action plans
• Supervise co-marketing activities with partners and vendor agencies
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
• Establish service level standards across Network, Support, and Solutions divisions
• Implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive demand and growth
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities

Requirements:

• Marketing Diploma / Degree or relevant tertiary qualification
• Proven experience in Partner/Channel/Distributor marketing
• Strong background in digital marketing strategy and execution
