Paid Media Specialist

***This is a 6 month contract role with the opportunity to go permanent***

Salary: CTC R 25 000.00 – R 30 000.00 per month (plus additional monthly “work from home allowance” for coffee, co-working OR gym membership fees)

Location: Remote, South Africa (UK hours)

Work Model: Remote (Laptop provided)

Non-negotiable: Paid Media / Paid Advertising experience on Google, Meta and TikTok

Overview:

An international Marketing Agency is in search of a Digital / Paid Media Specialist to join their growing team. Performance Marketing is one of their core offerings and this role will be focused on building out and executing paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta and TikTok. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, optimising and reporting back to the client. Experience in end to end campaign management is crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning and Execution
• Client and Stakeholder Management
• Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms
• Conducting thorough analysis of trends and targeting options to ensure that ad campaigns are reaching the right audience and achieving the desired objectives
• Designing, executing, and maintaining ROI-focused targeted ad campaigns that are optimized for new clients and continually measured and executed for optimal performance
• Compiling monthly reports for clients with personal comments and analysis of campaign performance

Requirements:

• 1 plus Year(s) experience in Growth Marketing
• Experience with Google, Meta and TikTok ad platforms
• Working in startup environment is advantageous
