Position Objective:
Are you looking for a 12 month contract. A large reputable brand is looking for a Senior Digital Media Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. If you have 5-7 years experience we are looking for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage holistic digital paid media strategies, planning and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key media buy metrics (CLI, CPL, CPM, CPC, etc.), quality and campaign performance.
- Day to day management of media agencies.
- Understand the digital acquisition eco system (Text, Display, Retargeting, Affiliate, Paid Social Channels) for Africa.
- Understand paid campaigns in Google (Adwords & YouTube), Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter and other media buying platforms.
- Monitor, analyze and report competitive media and marketing strategies.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Relevant Tertiary Qualification in Media Planning, Media Buying or similar.
- Ability to provide proof of Certified in Facebook (Meta Blueprint) and Google products (Google Ads and GMP. Analytics would be advantageous)
- At least 7 years’ relevant professional experience in media planning, media buying and/or advertising production management.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean work environment.
- Good financial/management accounting skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
