Senior Ad Operations Specialist – Remote – Salary up to R40k plus medical aid

We are working with an international agency who are looking for a Ad Ops Specialist to join a dynamic team. Ideally you’ll possess robust media planning/strategy skills, specifically concentrating on Display and Video channels. As the Ad Ops Specialist you will demonstrate expertise in efficiently trafficking campaigns across diverse platforms. Hands-on experience in Campaign Management is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative beauty brand campaigns, leveraging platforms like DV360, CM360, Google Ads, and Amazon DSP.
• Utilise Excel for high-level data analysis, including pivoting and VLOOKUP functions.
• Interface directly with clients, articulating current performance metrics and providing strategic recommendations.
• Drive media planning and strategy for Display and Video channels, ensuring optimal campaign outcomes.
• Efficiently traffic campaigns across platforms such as CM360, DV360, and Google Ads.
• Contribute to decks and presentations, showcasing campaign insights and recommendations.
• Generate comprehensive reports using Lookerstudio (Datastudio) and other tools, conducting health checks on dashboards.
• Handle direct negotiations and maintain relationships with publishers.
