Senior Brand Consultant

Are you an experienced brand strategist with a passion for leading teams and driving client success? My client is seeking a Senior Brand Consultant to join their innovative agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and mentor a team, taking full accountability for client relationships and overall satisfaction.
• Utilise your resourceful thinking to identify opportunities within existing client accounts, ensuring effective conversion and budget management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating a genuine passion for their brands and objectives.
• Capture and interpret clear and concise client briefs, ensuring all requirements are understood and met.
• Lead projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring top-quality control throughout your team’s deliverables.
• Present ideas confidently and communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of agency experience in account, client, or brand management.
• Proven leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, quickly learning and implementing efficient processes under pressure.
• Strong skills in Google Suite and spreadsheet management are highly beneficial.
