This client is seeking a seasoned App Product Manager who has experience with coding (best case: former engineer).

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Translate business strategy into an exceptional App and WhatsApp channel.
• Define product features aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog.
• Act as a key point of contact for IT teams and external suppliers.
• Escalate and address App and WhatsApp issues.
• Monitor and optimize product performance for enhanced user engagement.
• Collaborate globally with IT, suppliers, marketing, and operations teams.
• Gather customer feedback, aligning global standards with local needs.
• Conduct market research for product improvement and differentiation.
• Define and prioritize features to boost revenue, CLV, and reduce churn.
• Align closely with the Head of Loyalty to deliver key customer benefits.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Maintain key supplier relationships and budgets.
• Leverage data insights for business retention and CLV initiatives.
• Communicate product vision and success metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance product processes for efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Essentials:
  • 5 years of Product Manager experience in digital channels.
  • Expertise in managing build and run projects.
  • Experience with prototyping, testing, and validating product hypotheses.
  • Proven ability to define, prioritize, and communicate a product roadmap.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile environments, applying lean principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven experience in driving customer value through engagement and retention.
• Desirables:
  • Technical acumen and passion for technology.
  • Understanding of UI/UX design concepts.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and loyalty value propositions.
