What You’ll Do
As a key player in our team, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering world-class business solutions. Here’s what your role will look like:
Consultancy Excellence
- Participate in high-level technical and functional meetings
- Document innovative solutions and collaborate with top development teams
- Support customers with testing and ensure seamless functionality
- Create testing scripts and visit business sites to identify opportunities for improvement
Drive Business Transformation
- Design functional solutions that directly meet client needs
- Improve service processes by offering insightful recommendations
- Work with clients to prevent interruptions and streamline operations
- Continuously refine processes and metrics for exceptional performance
- Write impactful technical specifications and ensure smooth handovers to our service teams
Be the Bridge Between Business & Technology
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions
- Validate solutions through testing to ensure they meet client expectations
- Act as the vital link between clients and developers, making sure every requirement is delivered with precision
- Identify recurring issues and drive permanent, creative solutions to root causes
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a Business Analyst/Consultant with:
- 5+ years of experience crafting software functional and business requirement specifications
- A strong background in business analysis, especially within software design and business intelligence
- Expertise with SQL scripting and database design
- Proven success in the retail or banking industry, facilitating workshops and driving solutions for clients
- A customer-first mindset with excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (B Degree in Business Analysis or similar)
