Salt recruitment has partnered with a well-established, non-profit organisation that is committed to making a positive impact in South Africa through coaching and mentoring. They are seeking a highly skilled and experience Chief Operating Officer on a part time basis to join their team.

The purpose of this role is to work in alignment with the Board of Directors to drive strategies and initiatives to ensure growth.

Term:

2 year part time contract (in office 2-3 days per week)

Qualifications and Experience:

– MBA

– 6 years business management experience

– Knowledge on the SAQA Policy (criteria for recognising a professional body and registering a professional designation)

Key performance:

– Setting and executing strategy

– Governance and management

– Risk, financial and people management
