Enterprise Cyber GRC Manager

The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Cyber Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional who can guide enterprise customers through the complex world of IT audits and regulatory standards. This role combines technical audit expertise with hands-on client advisory, ensuring organisations stay compliant while leveraging next-gen automation tools.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the key advisor for enterprise clients on IT audit and compliance requirements.

• Manage and deliver audit programmes across frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, SOX ITGC, and other security standards.

• Work closely with client stakeholders to understand their environments, identify risks, and create practical compliance strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure audit deliverables are met on time and at a high standard.

• Translate complex compliance and security concepts into clear, actionable guidance for business and technical teams.

• Provide feedback into product and process improvements based on client experiences.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2+ years in IT risk, audit, compliance, or cybersecurity consulting.

• Proven experience managing multiple audits or compliance projects in large or regulated organisations.

• Solid understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC), SOX, and PCAOB standards.

• Familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, GRC tools) and how they fit into compliance frameworks.

• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical audiences.

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, Business or Law.

• Industry certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CCSK, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are highly advantageous.

• Bonus: CPA qualification.
