Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Administrator with a focus on ERP Implementation to oversee all aspects of our ERP projects. This role is crucial for gathering project requirements, creating detailed proposals, and ensuring the smooth execution of ERP implementations. It requires a unique blend of project management skills, technical expertise, and exceptional client communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements Gathering: Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to collect comprehensive project requirements for ERP implementations, deeply understanding their business processes and needs.

Proposal Development: Craft detailed project proposals, encompassing scope, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimations, tailored to each client’s specific requirements.

Project Planning: Formulate and manage project plans, delineating tasks, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful ERP implementations.

Team Coordination: Serve as the liaison between the client and internal development teams, ensuring clear and continuous communication, alignment, and collaboration throughout the project.

Resource Management: Allocate and oversee resources, such as developers, consultants, and other personnel, to meet project objectives effectively.

Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure that ERP implementations meet or surpass client expectations.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, delivering regular project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

Issue Resolution: Swiftly identify and resolve project issues and obstacles to maintain project progress.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.

Training: Offer training and support to clients and end-users during and after the ERP implementation.

Odoo ERP Knowledge (Advantage): Familiarity with Odoo ERP software solutions and business processes is advantageous.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management and ERP implementation.

Strong comprehension of ERP systems and their modules.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
