Inbound Logistics Solution Architect

• Apply architectural guidelines and principles to SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Lead and actively participate in QA, Design Authority, Functional Design Forums, and Steering Committees.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and system integrators (SIs).
• Ensure high-quality, tested, and well-deployed solutions aligned with business needs.
• Identify and escalate project issues and risks, and own mitigation actions.
• Validate, socialize, and gain buy-in for business processes in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Collaborate with Change Management and Integration teams to drive adoption and positive business outcomes.
• Define and align archiving requirements across legacy and SAP solutions.
• Understand and analyze end-to-end processes, identifying SAP standard gaps and necessary integrations.
• Design technical solutions with SI partners to meet business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with internal/external audit controls (e.g., access, data, change management).
• Define and support integration of 3rd party systems with SAP S/4 Core solution.
• Oversee data extraction, enrichment, and validation processes with Data Leads and Stewards.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of migration data; support reporting and business sign-off.
• Collaborate on defining, mapping, and validating user roles (Authorizations, Fiori).
• Sign off on solution documentation: blueprints, design specs, test plans, training material, etc.
• Ensure completeness of integration and UAT test scenarios and manage defect resolution.
• Review and support training material and delivery; coach and train business users.
• Validate and test Business Cut-over plan before execution.
• Define business continuity plans with Business and Functional Leads.
• Help define and implement support processes with AMS SI team.
• Support Change Management and business readiness efforts.
• Assess and own system changes and impact remediation tasks.
• Ensure business teams are informed and prepared for go-live; coach and train as needed.
• Prioritize SAP standard design principles.
• Execute and validate Unit and Integration testing.
• Provide and manage test data for integration scenarios
