What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive Design Strategy – Define and execute the UX/UI vision, ensuring seamless user experiences across the platform.
• Create Impactful Solutions – Develop intuitive, user-friendly designs for complex workflows used by global teams.
• Lead User Research – Uncover user pain points and translate insights into innovative product enhancements.
• Mentor & Collaborate – Guide junior designers and work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in product design leadership, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
• A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI skills for complex systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to product strategy.
• A collaborative mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for design innovation.
