About the role

As a Product Manager, you’ll play a central role in guiding the product journey from vision to execution. You’ll own the roadmap, set priorities, and ensure seamless delivery across cross-functional teams. This role is all about connecting strategy with execution, making sure customer journeys are intuitive, business goals are met, and product outcomes are measurable.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and communicating a compelling product vision and goals.

• Building and maintaining a clear product roadmap and backlog.

• Leading and mentoring a team of Business Analysts to deliver high-quality outputs.

• Driving collaboration across business and technical teams to achieve product success.

• Anticipating risks early and finding smart ways to mitigate them.

• Ensuring every release delivers tangible value and aligns with long-term strategy.

What you’ll need

• 5+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in the software space.

• At least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

• Strong grasp of product lifecycle management and agile practices (Scrum).

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

• A relevant degree or diploma (IT/Business). A Product Owner certification is highly beneficial.
