Overview of responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training materials for SAP S/4HANA end-users and super users.
- Customize content for different business units and roles (e.g., Finance, Procurement, Sales).
- Deliver training via classroom sessions, webinars, e-learning, and on-demand video.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions for internal training teams.
- Support change management activities during SAP implementations and rollouts.
- Assist in user adoption strategies and post-go-live support/troubleshooting.
- Work closely with project teams, SMEs, and functional leads to stay aligned with project timelines and system changes.
- Hands-on knowledge of one or more core SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP).
- Ability to translate complex system processes into easy-to-understand training.
- Familiar with SAP Fiori UX and role-based navigation.
- Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations
