Business Analyst Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Gather SAP business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
Analyze business needs and objectives, documenting them clearly.
Design and optimize business processes using models and workflows.
Create detailed BRDs outlining business, functional, and system requirements.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.
Assess solutions, recommend system customizations, and evaluate business impact.

Requirements:

B.Com/B.Sc in IT or related field (advantageous).
Business Analysis certification (preferred).
2+ Years experience as a SAP Business Analyst
Strong writing skills
Project management or administrative background.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Visio)
