Business Analyst Role Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather SAP business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Analyze business needs and objectives, documenting them clearly.
- Design and optimize business processes using models and workflows.
- Create detailed BRDs outlining business, functional, and system requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.
- Assess solutions, recommend system customizations, and evaluate business impact.
Requirements:
- B.Com/B.Sc in IT or related field (advantageous).
- Business Analysis certification (preferred).
- 2+ Years experience as a SAP Business Analyst
- Strong writing skills
- Project management or administrative background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools (e.g., Visio)
