About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of one of the leading players in the insurance market for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance and Procurement Specialist. This role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and new business migrations onto the SAP S/4HANA platform.

As the SAP S/4HANA Finance and Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless SAP solutions that align with the business objectives. Working within an Agile (Scrum) environment, you will drive SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, and process optimization projects, ensuring that systems are configured to meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance and Procurement projects, ensuring smooth implementations and integrations.
• Oversee upgrades, including Rise with SAP and cloud migrations to S/4HANA platforms.
• Lead migrations of new businesses onto the SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring alignment with business processes and goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize SAP solutions for finance and procurement processes.
• Work within Agile (Scrum) methodologies to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with governance, documentation, and change management standards.
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Procurement modules.
• Experience with Rise with SAP and cloud migration projects.
• Demonstrated success in migrations of new businesses onto S/4HANA platforms.
• Proven track record in delivering SAP upgrades and implementing innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and working within Agile teams.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

• Location: Based in Cape Town with 3 to 4 days required on-site.
• Contract Type: 12-month renewable contract.
• Start Date: Immediate availability or as soon as possible.
