Senior SAP GRC Authorisation Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP GRC Authorisation Consultant to support critical SAP GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) activities within an enterprise environment. This role requires deep technical expertise in authorisations, audit, and GRC configuration, with a strong focus on Fiori integration and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and provide ongoing support for SAP GRC 12.0
• Enhance GRC functionality to improve user experience, reduce audit risk, and drive automation of control checks
• Manage the GRC Ruleset to ensure compliance with evolving standards
• Administer and maintain Mitigation Controls, Emergency Access Management (Firefighter), and Password Self-Service (PSS)
• Upload and manage SAP Roles within SAP Business Role Management (BRM), including ownership updates
• Configure and oversee yearly UAR (User Access Review) campaigns via GRC
• Manage integration with SailPoint (Africa Access) and other SAP-supported systems

Key Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency in SAP Authorisations, Audit, Fiori, and GRC Frontend Configuration
• Proven experience configuring and supporting SAP GRC 12.0
• Expertise in GRC automation and audit risk reduction
• Hands-on experience with managing SAP role lifecycle, EAM, and PSS

Nice-to-Have Competencies:

• Proficiency with Office Suite, especially Excel formulas for data validation
• Experience in process documentation and best practices
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori solutions for GRC Access Control

Project Environment:

• Primarily Business-as-Usual (BAU) with project and demand requests addressed through formal RFS/CCN processes.
