About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of one of the leading players in the South African insurance market for an experienced SAP HCM Specialist. This role offers an opportunity to work on exciting projects and long-term engagements within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

As the SAP HCM Specialist, you will take ownership of HCM project delivery and operational excellence, focusing on SAP Payroll, Time Management, and Success Factors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver upgrades, and maintain analytics dashboards to ensure efficient HCM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support SAP HCM projects, with a focus on Success Factors, SAP Payroll, and Time Management.
• Oversee system upgrades and manage Success Factors release cycles to ensure smooth implementation and integration.
• Develop and maintain HCM data analytics dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum) to deliver high-quality solutions within project timelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and implement system enhancements.
• Act as a point of contact for HCM-related issues, providing expert advice and guidance.
• Ensure compliance with system governance, change management, and documentation processes.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience with SAP HCM, Success Factors, SAP Payroll, and Time Management projects.
• Familiarity with Success Factors release management and system upgrades.
• Strong experience in data analytics, including the development of HCM dashboards.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and working within Agile teams.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Location: Based in Cape Town with 3 to 4 days required on-site.
• Contract Type: 12-month renewable contract.
• Start Date: Immediate availability or as soon as possible.
