Senior Data Analyst – Digital Financial Services | Hybrid, Cape Town

We’re looking for a skilled and curious Senior Data Analyst to join a fast-paced digital financial services business. If you thrive on solving complex problems with data, building forecasting models, and driving business performance through insight and automation – this is the role for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Analysing large datasets to guide marketing, product, and financial decisions
• Creating predictive models and segmentation strategies to improve customer engagement
• Building automated reports and interactive dashboards for key stakeholders
• Identifying process gaps and suggesting data-led improvements or automation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior analysts

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in data analytics or data science
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data manipulation and modelling
• Skilled in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
• Strong communicator able to translate data into business action
• Experience in workflow optimisation or automation is a plus
