What you’ll be doing

• Redesigning complex workflows (lead management, client onboarding, policy servicing, and more) into seamless, intuitive journeys

• Running usability tests, gathering feedback, and iterating fast based on real data

• Creating everything from wireframes to high-fidelity UI in Figma

• Collaborating across squads to maintain a consistent design language and contribute to our design system

• Engaging directly with users (advisors and sales managers) to understand their pain points

• Marrying user goals with business objectives to ship meaningful, elegant features

What we’re looking for

• 5-10 years of hands-on UX/UI or Product Design experience

• A sharp, user-first mindset with strong end-to-end case studies to show for it

• Excellent skills in Figma and modern design collaboration tools

• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams

• Fintech background is a bonus, not a must
