Senior SAP ABAP Developer

Role Description:

As an SAP ABAP and FICO Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining finance and accounting processes. You will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring the highest quality and efficiency of our IFT platform. This role requires expertise in SAP ABAP, particularly in FI/CO modules, and familiarity with essential processes such as General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Banking. Additionally, knowledge of SAP Workflow in FI, MM, SD, Purchasing, Materials Management, and Project Systems is required.

Essential Skills Requirements:

• Strong SAP ABAP knowledge in FI/CO modules
• Experience with Interfaces via SAP Partner System, IDocs, and Web Services
• Proficiency in SAP Workflow in FI, MM, and SD
• Solid understanding of Purchasing, Sales and Distribution, and Materials Management in SAP ABAP
• Familiarity with Project Systems

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant IT/Business Degree
• SAP ABAP Certification
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in SAP ABAP and FICO

Role and Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of the platform/application
• Designing systems solutions in accordance with quality and delivery requirements
• Preparation of system/technical documentation following ISO standards
• Coaching and providing training to colleagues and users when needed
• Supporting system audits

IFT Specific Role Tasks/Requirements:

• Assisting user departments in designing system requirement/proposal documentation based on business processes
• Designing responsibilities in projects, including evaluating alternatives and presenting proposed system design/solutions
• Participating in the entire designing cycle, including preparation of documentation, user and operation manuals, creation of test cases, user training, etc.
