Project Manager

Onsite, Full-Time | 24-Month Contract (with potential for extension)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and implementation of a project. Reporting directly to the DC Deployments Manager, you will play a key role in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive the successful delivery of the project. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic project with the potential for future opportunities beyond the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team, stream leaders, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery in line with expectations.
  • Apply established standards and methodologies across the entire project life cycle, from analysis and design to implementation and automation adoption.
  • Take full ownership of the project, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule while managing risks.
  • Report progress, success criteria, and metrics to senior stakeholders, including the DC Deployment Manager.
  • Manage additional ad-hoc projects as required alongside the project.
  • Oversee the end-to-end project life cycle and coordinate resources to ensure successful project completion.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure change adoption.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, define deliverable, and ensure fit-out requirements are met.
  • Manage stream leadership, resolve RFIs, and handle variations effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the construction manager and operational leads to minimise impact on safety, service, and operations.
  • Champion safety protocols, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement across the project.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience delivering complex projects, particularly in logistics and the supply chain sector.
  • Project management qualifications such as PMI/PMP or PRINCE2, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to drive change management processes and lead projects to successful outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen to inform key business decisions.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to set and drive business direction.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Monday, Plan View, Teams, and Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
