Senior HR Advisor

14 month fixed term contract – maternity leave – AVAILABLE NOW

A large & well known global digital brand has an opening for a Senior HR Advisor for their Australian Business based at Mascot H/Q.

We are looking for an individual who has got at least 8 years experience HR generalist experience & great understanding of Australian business practices. This is a great company and team in Australia.

Reporting to the APAC HR Director, and working closely with local team of HRBP & 2 Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist you will be embraced with your skillset and strong stakeholder engagement. It is a great collaborative cool team.

You will be the ”go to person” for anything HR related matters nationally support colleagues (now 300 in total in Australia only).

Some of the areas where you can add value immediately are: –

· Support HRBP & MD with all operational requirements that relate to HR

· Strong focus on HR advisory & support to staff with all types of matters

· Ensure best practice & compliance are adhered to at all times with policies and procedures

· Support Talent Acquisition attracting candidates for growth

· Coaching and development

· Be involved with Annual Performance Management

Some of the key criteria for this role are: –

· HR qualifications & diverse experience in generalist role

· Enjoy a diverse role and self-starter.

· Passion for HR operations & L&D & development of People

· Solid understanding of best practice with Australia legislation

· Excellent communication skills across all levels of business stakeholders
