About the Company / Role

This global digital agency is going through major growth in Sydney with the opening a brand-new office in the city.

With this growth, there will be an opening for a new Talent Acquisition Specialist. Reporting to HR, you will be the lead TA in this boutique agency where you will be responsible for finding Talent for all types of roles in creative, marketing, sales, and operations.

This is a great company, and you will have the autonomy to put your own stamp on this. Some of the responsibilities will include: –

• Developing & executing innovative recruitment strategies.
• Partnering with the Business Leaders to understand the requirements, provide consultation and influencing on strategy, with priority pipelines, challenges, and solutions.
• Coaching stakeholders end to end and on boarding process
• Delivering best practice with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Dealing with vendors and managing the external stakeholders with contingency and retained search firms

About you

We are open to applicants from agency and/ or TA background with passion for digital marketing. You will be results orientated and demonstrate a high level of ownership. At any given time, you will be managing on average 15 to 20 roles so you will be highly organized and thrive under pressure and driven to meet deadlines.

Offering $90 – $100 K + super (negotiable slightly with experience)
