Acquisition Marketing Manager

What does success look like:

• Lead the development, execution, analysis, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Analyze the performance of acquisition channels, campaigns and experiments, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Use industry best practices, available research, and market analysis to design and execute strategies that help the company achieve its customer acquisition targets.
• Develop target customer personas, and manage the ongoing optimization of campaigns, messaging and creatives.
• Develop and execute acquisition campaigns that drive high-quality traffic, customer engagement, and conversion.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years experience in Acquisition Marketing, with an in-depth understanding of acquisition channels and customer touch points.
• Accounting industry exposure would be a bonus
• Experience in working in B2B with channel/reseller partners preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with PPC, SEO, SEM, display advertising, programmatic acquisition, re-targeting, and mobile-specific tactics.
• Experience working with popular marketing automation platforms (Eloqua, Swoogo are highly regarded).
