Our client is one of Australia’s most prominent grocery & beverage retailers with stores across Australia
As the CRM Manager, you will drive the future strategy through the development and execution of the shopper CRM strategy and plan. Working across three major retail brands, this role creates and executes automated, triggered customer journeys and tactical campaigns, with a particular focus on building e-commerce and loyalty campaigns.
With a recent migration to SalesForce Marketing Cloud, this role is rich with opportunity and ownership to really drive & shape their CRM success.
You will;
* Deliver personalised digital marketing programs by utilizing consumer behavioural, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data
* Be responsible for end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and web push campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
* Includes campaign setup, testing, scheduling, deployment, and reporting
* Oversee and develop automated and triggered customer journeys that drive revenue through acquisition, retention, re-engagement, cross-sell and up-sell
* Set up A/B testing to ensure constant optimization of campaigns
* Develop audience segmentation strategies based on insights from purchasing, recipient behaviour, and campaign performance
* Ensure retailer, state and supplier engagement with the CRM program
Ideally, you’ll be well-versed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, as well as being a natural opportunist. After recently launching a loyalty program, and being at the infancy of their SFMC deployment, there is huge scope to define & evolve the entire CRM program.
