The newly created position of, Digital Marketing Lead, Asia & Latin America will be responsible for setting the overall strategy for all digital marketing assets across the region, in partnership with other regional marketing teams.
This role has a heavy focus on transforming their digital approach and taking the lead on key areas, including but not limited to the regional website, lead generation, and digital campaign efforts. Driving consistency, efficiency, and best practice in digital marketing across the region will be a primary focus. Along with all leadership contributions.
Success in this role will require a confident self-starter with solid relationship-building skills, formed across countries, languages, and cultures. An experienced leader who is comfortable setting the tone, driving change, and managing themselves and colleagues through ambiguity and uncertainty.
As a new team, you will carve the teams growth & recruitment depending on the skillset you see fit.
Let’s talk about the role:
* In partnership with Head of Marketing and regional marketing leadership team, take the lead on the regions digital marketing strategy and structure, from articulation to project management and execution
* Collaborate closely with local country marketing and legal teams to build an in depth understanding of their business models, maturity and key objectives – and design digital strategies to deliver on targets and strategic imperatives
* Own the website strategy for all your regions markets, partnering to implement consistency, best-practice UX, and experimentation roadmap
* Identify commonalities across markets with a view to setting a meaningful, high-impact digital marketing strategy that solves collective needs and challenges across markets, driving business growth and accelerating the success of our digital initiatives
* Own the digital marketing roadmap and project plan, capturing all initiatives across the marketing mix in the region, including budgets, agencies, and key programs and campaigns
* Maintain best practices for digital assets for performance and analytics.
Let’s talk about you:
* Extensive experience in digital marketing with preference of being at a multi-regional leadership level.
* Strong commercial acumen and a solid understanding of the potential of digital transformation as a growth driver.
* Change management experience – driving growth, optimisation and strategies.
* Ability to implement web and mobile analytics best practices.
* Ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions to turbocharge digital initiatives effectively and efficiently
* Ability to work with a large number of stakeholders whilst maintaining commercial agility and responsiveness to the organisation’s need to drive revenue
This role offers a very hybrid work model with the flexibility to Work-From-Home when desired. If you wish to go into the office, they’re based in Bella Vista.
Flexible salary on offer depending on experience – $170,000 – $250,000 including bonus and super
