We are looking for a passionate SEM expert with deep search experience across Google Ads as well SA360. Adobe Analytics and tag manager skills would be highly regarded, as would experience in other digital paid media channels.

Responsibilities:
● Contribute to a comprehensive SEM roadmap and strategy to deliver against our quarterly and yearly targets.
● Drive programs to exceed business targets and work towards rapid growth. Think; testing into new channels and diving into Google BETAs.
● Collaborate with SEO & Ecommerce team members to ensure a cohesive digital approach to all activity.
● Collaborate with the wider Marketing team to execute SEM strategies ensuring integration with wider marketing initiatives.
● Manage daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting and budget pacing.
● Contribute to the quarterly growth forecasting process.
● Hands-on analysis of data to drive CPA, CRO & ROI improvements in paid search.
● Collaborate with global SEM peers to ensure we are driving best-in-class results.
● In more detail, you will be responsible for budget management, day-to-day SEM optimisation & reporting, ad copy testing, daily bidding/budget changes, audience strategies, SQRs, quality score reviews, account structure updates, tagging audits, etc.
What’s your background?
● Bring innovation, energy & enthusiasm to the team. We want someone with high energy and the drive to make an impact fast.
● Demonstrated a growth mentality and a drive for continuous improvement.
● Minimum 3+ years agency or in-house SEM experience.
● Someone who is self-motivated and proactively drives projects.
● BA / BS or equivalent related work experience in marketing.
● Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex ideas, updates, and results to business partners on various levels.
● Deep understanding of paid search, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and SA360.
● Comprehensive Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
● The following experience will be highly regarded: Adobe Analytics, tag manager tools, Google Campaign Manager, Paid Social & Programmatic ad buying.
