Senior Marketing Manager – Account Based Marketing

Sydney Contract / 12 Months

The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing, sales and customer service teams to create targeted marketing campaigns that engage potential customers at every stage of the buying process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with key stakeholders to develop overarching ABM strategy customized to fit the target accountants segment
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and content based on data-driven analysis and insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, product management, research & analytics towards proper execution of ABM initiatives
  • Effectively employ suitable inbound/outbound tactics through various channels (including paid media) in order to drive lead generation funnel metrics
  • Work in synchronization across client communication management platforms including email automation tools for developing impactful messaging flow in order to nurture target accounts from prospecting through opportunity creation stages.
  • Build a team of agency partners to deliver ABM strategy at scale and speed
  • Leverage technology and software internally like CRM Salesforce or other MarTech stacks for reporting/tracking progress on deal/revenue pipeline influenced via ABM campaigns.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has 7 years’ experience in B2B digital/channel marketing and/or demand gen space along with Account Based Marketing expertise.
  • Proven track record of driving consistent growth with measurable impact on revenue from ingesting net new leads into funnel via structured/continuous testing of multiple high-touch programs under same umbrella/parent campaign.
  • Thorough understanding of conventional B2B performance channels inclusive but not limited targeting online advertising platforms capabilities such as Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads
  • Prior experience working within accounting software/B2B fintech related industry is preferred. Additionally familiarity with Partner Network operations will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage market data analysis subjugated by sales audience segmentation using tools like XYZ.
