Strong client growth means we’re on the hunt for a Senior Performance Marketer to join our highly-collaborative agency team. This is a full-time, hybrid role in our inner-Melbourne office.

What you’ll do

• Plan, execute and optimise digital advertising campaigns for clients, then report back/present overall results
• Analysing campaign performance on a daily basis, compiling/checking reports and spotting new opportunities for optimisation
• Develop budget allocations across media channels
• Develop strong rapport with clients and own client-facing communication on your accounts
• Collaborate across your teams’ clients and create strategies to deliver on performance goals

What you’ll bring

• Extensive Google + Meta advertising experience
• Experience with running 5-6 figure budgets and a track-record of performance improvements
• Familiar with conversation tracking and tech-stack integrations
• A strong eye for creative and design, able to provide recommendations based on performance
• A passion for digital media buying and commitment to mastering the craft of creating campaigns that turn paid clicks into customers and scaling those campaigns
