The successful candidate will understand the intricacies of building and managing partner relationships with emerging professional host accounts within an assigned territory. In addition, as these Hosts successfully grow on the platform, it will be imperative that you help them maintain best-in-class hospitality standards for an excellent guest experience. These initiatives will include supply optimization, pricing optimization, host recruitment, and platform education.

This role is critical for the business, and it is not just about growing the brand and business in Qld but coming up with strategy and working with your customers to improve their presence on this platform. You will be working on projects to optimize a great portfolio of Professional Hosts!
What Will You Bring to Succeed?
● 5+ years’ experience in Customer Acquisition, Customer Success, Business Development, Strategy or Project Management roles.
● Experience in the hospitality, online marketplace or Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry is preferred.
● Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, public relations, sales operations and enablement teams.
● Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organisational skills.
● Extremely data driven in the decision-making process to ensure timely, impactful and accurate actions are taken.
● Ability to source, negotiate and execute deals with external B2B organisations to achieve win-win benefits.
● Seasoned internal and external communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
● Adept at building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across a matrix organisation.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic and ever changing startup environment.
● Comfortable with Salesforce, Excel, Google Docs, SQL.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
