About the Role
As a Phone-based Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of customer interactions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, understanding their moving and storage needs, and providing tailored solutions. Your ability to build rapport, provide information, and close sales will be crucial to your success in this role.
Knowledge of the removals and storage industry is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound and inbound sales calls.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate removal and storage solutions.
- Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Your Experience
- Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing within the storage or removal industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.
