Senior Business Analyst – Telephony Rollout

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team for an initial 6-month contract, supporting a premier gas and electricity organization in overhauling their emergency call center systems for control rooms. This role demands an individual with a profound understanding of telephony system implementations and a proven ability to navigate complex projects seamlessly.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• Melbourne CBD based. Hybrid working
• $800.00 a day Inclusive of superannuation
• Exposure to working alongside one of Australia’s largest energy providers.
• 6-month rolling contract.

THE ROLE:

• Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and comprehend business needs pertaining to the replacement of the emergency call center system.
• Perform comprehensive analyses of existing telephony systems, identifying opportunities for enhancement and integration with new platforms.
• Translate business requirements into detailed plans and specifications for the development and implementation teams.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure the successful execution of the telephony system rollout.
• Provide continuous support and expertise throughout the project lifecycle, addressing any emerging issues or concerns promptly.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in telephony system projects.
• In-depth knowledge of emergency call center systems and control room operations.
• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to identify trends and patterns within complex datasets.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, effectively bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
• Previous experience in the gas and electricity sector is highly advantageous.
