What you’ll be doing?

• Contributing to new feature development for this company’s software product
• Working as a genuine full stack engineer – across both backend and frontend development as well as cloud computing
• Collaborating with a cross-functional Tech & Product team including; Engineering Managers, other Software Engineers, a Platform Engineer, Product Managers, Product Designers and Data Engineers
• As a Senior Engineer in the team, you’ll be expected to deliver projects end-to-end and participate in system design and solution architecture, as well as mentor other less experienced engineers and conduct code reviews
• Programming in Javascript and producing clean, scalable and maintainable code
• Actively contributing to documentation

What you’ll bring?

• Proven experience working for a fast-paced technology company
• 7+ years professional software engineering experience
• Professional experience with Node JS / Typescript. Other aspects of their tech stack include Vue JS (can pick this up if you’ve used React or Angular before), GraphQL, SQL and GCP (can pick this up if you’ve worked with another cloud services provider before)
• Proven track record owning software development projects end-to-end
• Great interpersonal and communication skills – you’re able to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders
• Technical leadership and mentoring skills – you’ve previously mentored other team members and led projects from a technical perspective
