My client is a reinvigorated consultancy purpose built for the future.

They work on the most important projects across the industry and are proven pioneers in digital transformation. Whether it be smart homes and meters, redesigning customer experience or turning around the biggest projects in this space, you will be working at the intersection of technology and creativity to solve exciting industry problems.

The Industry focus of this role will be predominately on the energy and utilities sector. The role itself is to shape, architect and enable the delivery of digital transformation initiatives.

My client has an excellent track record of helping clients drive business outcomes through digital transformation. They help clients bring to life what is NEXT. A combination of consulting, industry experience, architecture and collaborative delivery to truly make an impact.

Currently we are looking for strong candidates with experience across Technology & Architecture who want to work on industry defining projects with a leading firm. We are looking for candidates from Consultant up to Senior Manager level.

You must be able to demonstrate the following experience:

• Experience across Technology and Architecture consulting
• Ideally some exposure across business, enterprise and solution architecture, in programme roles or early stage ‘shaping’ roles.
• Ability to assist with the design and development of initiatives covering business and technology implementation.
• Experience managing or delivering projects in the Energy / Utilities space.
• Experience of architecture / design techniques and approaches and their practical application
• Exposure to innovation, digital and agile techniques is important.
• Ideally the applicant would also have experience of typical Energy / Utilities business processes, data and systems.

Applicants should have the following skill set /attributes:

• Successful track record of delivery on large programmes
• Ideally experience on large transformation projects.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Understanding of technology and a strong collaborative approach.
• Proven experience in operational excellence.
• Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced team focused environment.
• Able to travel within the UK.
