Pre-Sales IT Consultant

You will be joining an international IT Solutions Consultancy in Surrey as a Pre-Sales (IT Infrastructure) Consultant and will be using your technical experience with Virtualization, Storage, Hardware and Networks and have a proven track record of being in a consultative position up to enterprise level. As this would be working for an international company, you will have a desire to experience new environments or be flexible for local travel but will primarily be office based. International travel may also be applicable.

Responsibilities:

– Meet client expectations and resolve issues in line with SLA

– Produce build documentation in line with client needs and expectations

– Curate customer information

– Build and maintain customer relationships within a face to face environment up to senior/stakeholder level

– Strong speaker regarding a holistic infrastructure environments

Experience:

– Virtualization – VMWare

– Networks/Systems Admin/Storage/Hardware

– Solutions Architect/ Pre-sales technical consultant experience within IT Infrastructure

– Engage with clients to explain the benefits of service on a technical basis to show the return on investment

– Certifications: (MCP/MCSE/CCNA/VCP)
