Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising and a proven track record of managing client relationships, delivering successful campaigns, and driving business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.
  • Campaign Oversight: Manage the end-to-end process of advertising campaigns, from initial briefing and strategy development to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strategic Planning: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, helping them achieve their marketing objectives through innovative advertising approaches.
  • Financial Management: Oversee account budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely billing.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of account management experience in an advertising agency setting.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of advertising principles, media planning, and digital marketing.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client challenges.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
