Freelance Midweight Project Manager- Chatbot

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well known clientside name who are experiencing a huge period of growth.

This role involves having the responsibility of rolling out a chatbot implementation that is a business critical project for them.

We are looking for an experienced Mid-Weight Project Manager with a strong background in chatbot/live chat implementation and a passion for all things AI related. They are looking for someone with the ultimate ‘can-do’ attitude, who will champion the client’s value and processes and work excellently as a part of a wider team.

About the role:

• Defining and prioritising features and user stories
• Evaluating decisions and visuals against customer need
• Researching existing software solutions to define best practice approach
• Ownership of the chat experience within a wider customer experience landscape
• Working with the Experience Design team to drive delivery of the final solution
• Working to define chat experiences and visualise them (working w the Visual Design team)

About You:

• Must have experience with livechat, chatbots and/or Ai
• Experience working in financial saas is preferred .
• Demonstrated ability to leverage insights and analytics to set creative strategy that our partners can execute upon
• You’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to win over internal and external stakeholders
