Product + UX Copywriter

UX+ Product Copywriter | Remote for now | 3 month contract with the view to convert to permanent

About the role:

An industry leading name in financial services is looking to add a Copywriter to their expanding team! They are looking for someone who is passionate, innovative and can constructively challenge legacy decisions and design standards. You will be able to add a new tone to their product discovery experience and bring it into a newer, fresher, simpler and more confident personality that brings the product value proposition to life.

You will have:

• A love of language
• An ability to define, express and evolve a unique tones of voice
• An ability to express concepts succinctly
• Experience working with art directors and designers to create unique, compelling product discovery experiences – in any medium
• The ability to create impactful, snappy advertising copy
• An ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver at speed
• Proactive, confident and positive attitude

What we are looking for:

• Experience in SaaS product discovery experiences
• Experience with design optimisation based on user insight and data
• Experience developing wider copy and creative strategies
• 3 years+ work experience as a product writer, copy writer or content writer.
• An eye for detail, catching every typo and grammatical error
• Experience working in Agile or Lean product team
• Experience working within a consumer business (Fintech would be useful)
• Experience writing UX copy for mobile app products
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Experience and flexibility to work across multiple product domains such as savings, investment and insurance in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience of writing for the US market

The role is available ASAP and and will be an inital contract period of 3 months before converting to permanent.
