London: 2-3 days in office

Up to £45,000 + package

This is a very exciting time to join a small yet innovative Luxury menswear fashion brand as they’re on their journey through a huge business transformation!

As the Digital Designer you will have a stylish, premium taste level across all online design principles, including; web design, online content, email newsletter, organic and paid social as well as experience in designing look books for print. We’re looking for a proactive individual who contributes to their friendly family culture with idea generation and a positive, can do attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Being a vital part of the online marketing team, consisting of; Freelance Creative Director, Ecommerce Director, Ecommerce Manager, Ecommerce Assistant and Copywriter

• Responsible for the ideation and execution of the visual graphic brand communications across all digital platforms, consistently adhering to and constantly evolving our brand guidelines

• Working from concept through to delivery across all digital and social channels, including weekly homepage updates, email newsletter designs, social media output and online content

• Championing digital first content creation, planning and creating relevant, on brand content for all of their product categories

• Owning the weekly graphic workload and proactively accurately working to the company marketing calendar

• Working with their online team to produce original, user focused UX / UI concepts and solutions that are focused on making the customer journey as seamless and shoppable as possible

• Identifying new opportunities and web design developments to regularly improve the website and executing updates in response to high-level briefs

• Ensuring brand promotions are delivered on time and with a combination of commercial and inspirational graphics

• Proactively contributing and updating our E-CRM experience, including automated email programme

• Creating innovative video edits and gifs for use on all digital marketing channels

• Designing seasonal printed lookbooks mailed to their customer base and digital press books

• Supporting and working closely with the Freelance Creative Director on shoot production, sample management, concepts, post production, stills and video management, resizing and renaming imagery, occasional retouching and colour correcting, organising image folders on the server

• Working with the product design team to create innovative prints and packaging for new product launches

• Keeping abreast of new trends in design and online content, conducting regular competitor research, presenting learnings and opportunities to the wider team

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS

· Highly experienced in all Adobe Creative Suite software

· Proficient in video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro

· Familiar with designing to Web and E-CRM platforms such as Ometria and Shopify

· Previous experience working for premium retail brands and a passion for menswear/luxury fashion
