Senior Designer – Brand and Experiential

We have partnered with an award-winning, international design practice specializing in creating exceptional sport and entertainment venues that bring people and communities together for extraordinary experiences.

The Studio is on the lookout for a senior designer to play a leading role in crafting experiential, branded, and immersive spaces across various major urban realm and sporting venue projects.

Experience with experiential projects is a must, along with a proven knowledge of brand activation.

Brand Strategy and Development:

• Develop and implement the overall brand strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to guide brand development.

Visual Identity Design:

• Create and refine visual elements of branded areas, constructing compelling branded storytelling.
• Develop and uphold project guidelines to ensure consistent application across all outputs.

Team Leadership:

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
• Collaborate with other design and wider practice team members to ensure a cohesive approach to brand and design projects.
• Supervise the quality of work produced by the design team.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architecture, product, and interiors, to grasp and address design needs.
• Communicate design concepts and strategies effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
