Salt have recently partnered with a well known global tech consultancy who are seeking a Director of Product to join their European hub in Berlin to spearhead their client portfolio across sustainability, logistics, marketplace, healthcare, banking, DeFi & insurance, leading a team 10+ product management team, reporting into the partners of the business

Over the years, our customer has bought many startups and scaleups to market across the world, working closely with founders and investors to bring their ideas to life

What you will be doing?

• Leading cross functional teams to deliver amazing digital products to launch or improve businesses
• Deliver a best in class attitude to product management
• Act as the strategic partner between the business and client
• Manage all product budgets and staffing needs
• Promote an MVP centric approach
• Managing and mentor product managers

What we are looking for?

• At least 3+ years at director or C-suite level
• Extensive experience within product management
• Experience of managing cross functional teams at director level or above
• Experience of launching multiple products and proven track record of dealing with founders and c-suite
• Someone who has rolled out a product roadmap for businesses
• Ability to make difficult decisions at speed
• Consulting background is preferred but not essential
