Propositions Manager – Broadband Responsibilities

• Defining key insights, target market audiences, proposition strategy and execution plans, performance targets (operational and commercial) and overall customer experience requirements.
• Drive and develop new propositions or product enhancements as part of the portfolio
• Provide expertise as to how our products and services operate
• Champion an environment of continual improvement and openness
• Lead delivery of initiatives specially designed to increase revenue, reduce costs or support new products/technology

Propositions Manager – Broadband Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or similar
• Must have thorough knowledge of the broadband market within a Product Management or Proposition Management capacity
• Demonstrable success with proposition or product launches
• At least 5 years experience in Proposition or Product management
• Experience working at companies with at least 500,000 customer base
