Designer / Developer – CRO, UX, UI, Front End – Up to £70,000!!

Our digital features will revolutionise how we operate and will add a new dimension to our services. They will engage our customers in new ways, creating a new facet to our offering and helping transform our customers lives.

WHO DO WE NEED?

An end to end UX Designer / Developer comfortable wearing both hats!

• Solid front end coding knowledge; HTML5, CSS3 & JS including mobile-first responsive web design (hand-coded or using frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation)
• Experience using CSS pre-processors such as SASS, LESS or Stylus.
• Experience of CRO, including configuration of A/B or multivariate tests in Optimizely, Google Optimize, VWO or similar testing platforms.
• Confident working on user experience processes (research, wireframes, flows, etc.)
• Understanding of market trends
• Experience in working in agile feature teams
• You have proven and live products across multiple platforms visible in your portfolio
• You can show examples where you have taken a complex structure and created a simplified UX flow that is engaging and easy to digest
• You can work with people at all levels and can communicate your ideas and behavioural patterns to multi-channel teams clearly and effectively
• You have an excellent portfolio and a great eye for design and knowledge on creating the best digital experiences
