We are looking for Lead UX Designers who’ll be responsible for ensuring the best possible experience for various types of user. You’ll be working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate business needs and objectives into a simple, usable and useful service.

Your skills:

• Track-record of providing Lead or Senior UX Design services on substantial web projects (either agency-side or client-side experience is fine).
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups, taking on feedback and helping them articulate their business needs
• Balancing user needs against business objectives and constraints.
• Hands on experience working with user researchers to turn findings into design improvements (experience running research yourself is a plus).
• Wireframing and Prototyping (e.g. Sketch.app and InVision or similar)
• Stakeholder workshopping.
• Experience fighting the UX corner using evidence and good reasoning.
• Carrying out expert UX reviews and providing guidance for both short-term enhancements and long term strategy.
• Master degree in HCI (or similar) and / or equivalent industry experience.
